Although our entire collection is completely handmade, we at Red Gingko try to keep our prices affordable so individuals as well as retailers can enjoy our unique collection of textiles.

We make every effort to insure that the photos you see on the Internet are as close to the original in likeness as possible. However, if you are not completely satisfied after receipt of the textile piece, we will give you a full refund upon return of the merchandise. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Red Gingko.

For a full refund, you must notify Red Gingko of your intention to return the item within seven days of delivery. The item must be post marked within 30 days of the sale date (the date that your payment was received and confirmed). The return shipping and any custom fees incurred (on international purchases) is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Payment options

On US orders, Red Gingko accepts Paypal, personal checks, bank checks, and money orders. On international orders, Red Gingko accepts personal checks in US dollars written on a US bank, international postal money orders, wire transfers (all fees paid by the purchaser), and electronic bank transfers (all fees paid by the purchaser). Shipping

Continental United States (excludes HI, AK, APO, PO boxes)
On receipt of payment or clearance of personal check, Red Gingko will ship the purchase within two business days. We ship from California to the 48 Continental U.S. (excludes HI, AK, APO, PO Boxes) via UPS Ground. Shipments are posted 1-2 days after the order has been confirmed. Delivery date is usually 2-7 business days after the order is placed. In general, West coast deliveries take 2-4 business days, Midwest deliveries take 3-5 business days, and East coast deliveries take 5-7 business days.

We charge a flat shipping (UPS ground) and handling fee of $8.50 for each textile, unless otherwise noted on the product description. All purchases are shipped with delivery confirmation. If the item is valued above $200, an insurance fee of $2 per $100 value is added to the $8.50 shipping and handling fee.

Outside of the continental US
Shipping UPS overnight/2-day/3-day service, or shipping two or more items is addressed on an individual basis. We charge the exact shipping cost plus a five-dollar handling fee.

Destination outside of the United States
The shipping cost to locations outside the United States is addressed on an individual basis. Red Gingko offers to ship purchases via International Air mail and US Post Office's Global Express Mail (EMS). Any customs duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
